Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 oz. pisco
- 1 oz. Lillet Blanc
- 1⁄2 oz. apricot liqueur (preferably Rothman & Winter Orchard)
- Lemon peel, for garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Stir pisco, Lillet Blanc, and apricot liqueur in an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with a wide lemon peel.
