This update on the classic champagne cocktail relies on aged cachaça for sweetness and balance with both Amaro Montenegro and Peychaud's bitters.

Ingredients
- 1 oz. Avuá Amurana aged cachaça
- 1⁄2 oz. Amaro Montenegro
- 6–8 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
- 3 oz. sparkling wine
Instructions
- Stir first three ingredients together over ice, and strain into a flute or coupe. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with an orange twist.
