This tequila and cantaloupe cocktail from Edinburgh’s The Lucky Liquor Co. is refreshing and fruity, making it the perfect summer drink.
- 1 1⁄2 oz. Reposado Tequila
- 1⁄2 oz. cointreau
- 1⁄2 oz. fresh lime juice
- 1⁄2 oz. peeled cantaloupe, roughly chopped
- 1⁄4 oz. orgeat
- 1⁄4 oz. mezcal
- Combine tequila, cointreau, lime juice, cantaloupe, and orgeat in a cocktail and muddle; add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and spritz with mezcal before serving.
