  • Serves

    makes one cocktail

HELEN ROSNER

Fresh-brewed iced tea gets a boost from gin and fresh fruit in this not-too-sweet cocktail, a drink tailor-made for the very hottest days of summer.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. unsweetened, fruit-infused iced tea (like Republic of Tea's Cranberry-Blood Orange Black Tea)
  • 1 12 oz. gin
  • Sliced white peach, or another fresh fruit
  • Seltzer to top

Instructions

Step 1

In a collins glass filled with ice, combine the tea, gin, and fruit. Top with seltzer, stir, and serve.
