  • 1 12 oz. 100-proof rhum agricole vieux
  • 12 oz. yellow Chartreuse
  • 3 12 oz. canned unsweetened coconut water, preferably Zico or Goya brand

Fill a tall highball glass with cracked ice. Pour in rhum agricole vieux, yellow Chartreuse, and coconut water. Stir to combine.
