This crisp, almost spa-like take on the martini has a hint of sweetness and a fresh, green aroma.
- 4 (1/4”-wide) cucumber wheels
- 2 oz. vodka
- 3⁄4 oz. Dolin Blanc vermouth
- 1⁄2 tsp. simple syrup
- 2 dashes Bitter Truth celery bitters
In a cocktail shaker, crush three cucumber wheels with a muddler. Add the vodka, vermouth, syrup, bitter, and ice. Shake well, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with the remaining cucumber wheel.
