Dutch Oven Cocktail

  • 2 sugar cubes
  • 3 dashes Peychaud's bitters
  • 1 dash orange bitters
  • 3 drops absinthe
  • 1 capful soda water
  • 2 oz. Barrel Aged Bols Genever
  • Grapefruit twist


Step 1

Place sugar cubes, bitters, and soda water in a mixing glass. Muddle into a smooth paste. Add Genever, ice, and stir.

Step 2

Strain into a chilled tumbler over a large ice cube or ice ball. Squeeze grapefruit twist over the top and rub around the rim and serve.
