Yield: makes 2 Cups
- 1 cup dry red wine
- 3⁄4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup roughly chopped fresh dill fronds
- 1⁄2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. fresh oregano leaves
- 1 Tbsp. kosher salt
- 1 Tbsp. dried mustard
- 2 1-lb. sirloin lamb chops
- In a small bowl, whisk together wine, oil, dill, lemon juice, oregano leaves, salt, and mustard.
- Rub marinade onto lamb chops and let marinate for up to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
