Napa Sour

Made with bold, American Cabernet in lieu of the traditional South American brandy, this complex and tantalizing cocktail is Napa Valley's take on the Pisco Sour.


  • 2 oz. whiskey
  • 1 oz. lemon juice
  • 12 oz. tarragon infused simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • 12 oz. Napa Cabernet
  • Maraschino cherry, for garnish
  • Orange slice, for garnish


Step 1

Shake all ingredients but the wine and strain over ice into a sour glass. Top with the cabernet and garnish with the cherry and orange slice.
