Yogurt and Mint Dipping Sauce

Serve this cooling dipping sauce with harissa hot wings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. minced fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, smashed and minced into a paste
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Whisk together yogurt, mint, oil, and garlic in a medium bowl and season with salt and pepper. Cover dipping sauce with plastic wrap and refrigerate until well chilled.
