It's a long weekend, so we're looking forward more to our Saturday, Sunday, and Monday cocktails than the usual Friday happy hour. In that spirit, today's Friday Cocktail is all of them: here's every Friday Cocktail we've run to date; pick your favorite and drink it under the fireworks. (We're particularly inclined towards the Strawberry Moonshine Julep, the Lemon Lavender Fizz, the Raspberry Rose Collins, and the eternally refreshing Cucumber Gin Cooler, but really, any cocktail will do.)
