Ingredients

  • 1 12 oz. aquavit
  • 1 oz. sauerkraut juice with caraway seeds (preferably Hawthorne Valley Caraway Sauerkraut)
  • Club soda
  • Fresh dill, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine aquavit and sauerkraut juice in a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Top with club soda, stir gently, and garnish with a sprig of dill.
