By trademark, this Bermudan combination of rum and ginger beer requires Gosling's Black Seal Rum; similar drinks with names like dark 'n foggy or light 'n stormy use other rums. There are plenty of good ginger beers on the market, but our favorite is one made from scratch using soda water and a syrup infused with ginger and black pepper. Ingredients
- 4 oz. ginger beer
- 1 1⁄2 oz. Gosling's Black Seal Rum
- Lime wedge
Instructions
Step 1
Pour ginger beer into an ice-filled highball glass. Top with rum. Squeeze lime wedge over top; drop into glass.
