Tuaca and vanilla vodka transform pineapple juice into a dessert-like cocktail. This recipe first appeared in the iPad edition of our October 2013 issue with the article A Toast to Paradise.
- 2 oz. Tuaca (vanilla citrus liqueur)
- 2 oz. vanilla vodka
- 1 oz. fresh pineapple juice
- Maraschino cherry, for garnish
- Stir Tuaca, vodka, and juice together in a cocktail shaker. Pour over a tumbler glass of crushed ice; garnish with a cherry.
