Waikiki’s Side Street Inn serves this refreshing Hawaiian concoction of pineapple and mango juices, and coconut and spiced rums, which first appeared in our October 2013 issue with the article A Toast to Paradise.

Yield: makes 1 cocktail


  • 1 oz. fresh or frozen mango purée
  • 34 oz. coconut rum
  • 34 oz. spiced rum
  • 12 oz. sour mix
  • 12 oz. fresh pineapple juice
  • Paper umbrella, for garnish


  1. Combine purée, rums, sour mix, and juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass; garnish with umbrella.
