Waikiki’s Side Street Inn serves this refreshing Hawaiian concoction of pineapple and mango juices, and coconut and spiced rums, which first appeared in our October 2013 issue with the article A Toast to Paradise.
- 1 oz. fresh or frozen mango purée
- 3⁄4 oz. coconut rum
- 3⁄4 oz. spiced rum
- 1⁄2 oz. sour mix
- 1⁄2 oz. fresh pineapple juice
- Paper umbrella, for garnish
- Combine purée, rums, sour mix, and juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass; garnish with umbrella.
