An elegant, citrusy brunch drink that packs a surprising punch, this vodka and prosecco cocktail is poured at Oak restaurant in Dallas.
Yield: makes 1 Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. prosecco
  • 4 blackberries
  • 1 oz. vodka
  • 12 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 12 oz. simple syrup
  • 14 oz. Cointreau

Instructions

  1. Pour prosecco into a chilled champagne glass. Muddle 3 blackberries in a cocktail shaker. Add vodka, lemon juice, syrup, Cointreau, and ice. Shake vigorously and strain into glass; garnish with remaining blackberry.
