Ingredients
- 2 1⁄3 cups scotch
- 1⁄2 cup steel-cut oatmeal
- 2⁄3 cup heavy cream
- 1⁄4 cup honey
Instructions
- Stir scotch and oatmeal in a bowl; cover with cheesecloth. Let sit in a cool, dark place for 2 days. Strain into a 1-qt. saucepan. Add heavy cream and honey; bring to a simmer. Serve in heatproof glasses.
