Our favorite baking spice adds subtle, earthy warmth to everything, and we have to confess that when fall arrives, it’s really all we’re craving (but, of course, we’ll eat it year round). We’re coating our donuts in cinnamon. We’re sprinkling it on our breakfast rolls and adding plenty of it to cookies. And how about pie? Yep, there’s cinnamon there too.
