Amaro made with a grassy mountain honey adds depth to prosecco in this refined brunch drink, which first appeared in our Jan/Feb 2014 SAVEUR 100 issue with the article Amari.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Amaro Dell'Erborista
  • 4 oz. prosecco
  • Grapefruit twist, for garnish

Instructions

Step 1

Pour Amaro Dell'Erborista into a chilled champagne flute. Top with prosecco; garnish with a grapefruit twist.
