Ingredients

  • 1 (4-oz.) can tuna, drained
  • 14 cup shelled edamame
  • 2 tbsp. sesame chile oil
  • 1 12 tsp. white miso
  • 2 minced scallions
  • 1 minced small red chile
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 slices toasted country bread, for serving

Instructions

  1. Mix tuna, edamame, sesame chile oil, miso, scallions, chile, salt, and pepper in a bowl; serve on toasted country bread.
