- 1 (4-oz.) can tuna, drained
- 1⁄4 cup shelled edamame
- 2 tbsp. sesame chile oil
- 1 1⁄2 tsp. white miso
- 2 minced scallions
- 1 minced small red chile
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 slices toasted country bread, for serving
Mix tuna, edamame, sesame chile oil, miso, scallions, chile, salt, and pepper in a bowl; serve on toasted country bread.
