- 400 grams (14.1 oz) smoked Baltic herring or kippers, deboned
- 100 ml (scant 1/2 cup) mayonnaise
- 100 ml (scant 1/2 cup) heavy cream
- In a blender, mix herring, mayonnaise, and cream until smooth.
